Doctor and staff are very professional and kind.
Had an exam for glasses prescription yesterday. After leaving, I discovered that they do no provide pupillary distance measurements, which you need in order to get glasses. This is a basic required measurement that they SHOULD be providing. Also the Dr. seemed pretty ambivalent about the whole exam, which was a bit concerning. And, they didn't use the machine that flashes the squigilly lines to test your peripheral vision, which I'm pretty sure is part of an eye exam.
My mom went here to get her dry eye problem addressed. She got the IPL treatment which usually requires 3 or 4 sessions. After the first two sessions, she noticed no difference but was told she needed more sessions. She came back for a 3rd session and still no change to her condition. Altogether she spent around $1.3k and got nothing out of it. The lady was very salesy, she just kept telling my mom to come back and do more sessions even though it wasn't doing anything. They will try to squeeze as much money out of you.
