Never again. My mom and I went in today, November 2025, 12pm. I wanted a silk press my mom, wanted a wash, blow dry, and split ends removed. Well, I hope and pray heat protection was used to blow dry my hair. Sandra did amazing great job on my hair . She took great care of my hair . Price was resonable Clean and nice space. They offer water and coffee too for free Well maintained. Highly recommended.
i’ve been going to the salon since March if you are not booking with Kaya, I highly suggest you do not go there and even when you do book, they do not follow their bookings. You could walk in and say you have a booking even though you don’t and you will still be taken they don’t listen to you regardless of how many times you repeat yourself they do as they wish and then up charge you for no reason for a simple breakdown for a sew in it is $70 on card and if you pay credit 89 they also charge $10 extra for here.
