I have been taking my princess here for nearly 7 years and not once have had a problem here with any of the stylists. They are always professional & courteous. They are like any other black salon. They stay busy, so you will have a wait, but their pricing and quality make up for it. It hurts me to see bad reviews on such a wonderful business these ladies have built.

I will start off by saying the ladies know how to braid BUT punctuality needs to be better. I had an appointment at 5pm and started 3hrs after. this has happened twice since going. also I want to point out I had originally called for the price of a hairstyle I wanted which was $150, when I was done I was charged $180,which I felt a way because I did wait 3 hrs to start my hair. I thought I was charged due to the fact I had ran out of hair, but it was left over hair used and left by a past client. Next was how my hair was lef... read more
