I inquired about making an appointment two weeks ago and Cindy assisted me with the whole process. Not only was she so knowledgeable, she was considerate when it came to figuring out my insurance and finding the right time to come in for an ultrasound with my husband. Her customer service is exceptional. I called many places to inquire about an ultrasound appointment but no other office/ person was as helpful as her. Extremely grateful and looking forward to my appointment. Thank you so much for all you do Cindy!
I’m so glad I found this clinic. Amazing, kindhearted, and informative staff. Cindy, Lisa and Heather were all sweet, professional, and super helpful! We went in for an ultrasound to confirm our pregnancy, and as first-time parents my husband and I were very nervous. Lisa and Heather were incredibly supportive and comforting throughout the entire process. We left with far more information than we expected, and we are so grateful for such a positive experience to start our journey into parenthood.
The BEST experience I’ve ever had ! They are so nice and understanding they explain with detail and patience. Nurse midwife Shaun Jordan went above and beyond helping me understand every detail and sending me home with so much information She was amazing I would recommend this place to all new and experienced mommy’s they will take care of you and listen to you and answer all your questions you will be listened and heard there I promise you you will go home with a full heart
Today I set an appointment with Shaun Jordan MSN and was able to get a free ultrasound and a lot of information about my pregnancy. She helped me and my boyfriend get informed on things we should know and do before the baby's arrival. I felt very supported to see the care and kindness she gave me and my baby. The whole team were very positive and supportive throughout the whole process. I truly appreciate everything they have done for me today.
Everything went smoothly and quickly. The staff took control in a way that made me feel comfortable, and they were really attuned to how I felt throughout the process. They sat down with me one-on-one, talked through why I was there, and made me feel heard — patient, respectful, and totally non-judgmental.
