The Claris health team are not only professional, incredibly knowledgeable and well equipped but also truly compassionate, generous and supportive. I owe so much of my mental health and reproductive care to this facility and these staff members. Poor service and information given. Staff need to get a better training make me drive 40 minutes for nothing. Care coordinator is not even a professional.
Everything went smoothly and quickly. The staff took control in a way that made me feel comfortable, and they were really attuned to how I felt throughout the process. They sat down with me one-on-one, talked through why I was there, and made me feel heard — patient, respectful, and totally non-judgmental. I’m so glad I found this clinic. Amazing, kindhearted, and informative staff. Cindy, Lisa and Heather were all sweet, professional, and super helpful! We went in for an ultrasound to confirm our pregnancy, and as first-time parents my husband and I were very nervous. Lisa and Heather were incredibly supportive and comforting throughout the entire process. We left with far more information than we expected, and we are so grateful for such a positive experience to start our journey into parenthood.
