They don't clean the rooms daily. I requested to have my room cleaned and because my daughter left her personal pillow on the bed they didn't make her bed. They didn't replace the right amount of towels on the 2 occasions that I requested the room to be cleaned.

El lugar es económico y las habitaciones son amplias. No tenía shuttle a los parques pero los Ubers de ahí salen en 10-20 USD a Disney y Universal lo cual es accesible especialmente si son dos o más personas ya que un servicio de shuttle suele costar 50 USD por persona. Está cerca de los parques, como a 15 minutos en auto a Disney y 25 a Universal. No hay mucho en la zona pero hay un olive garden y un pizza hut a lado por lo que puedes comer ahí.
First 2 days-room smelled musty and like smoke, phone didn't work (not a priority because people have cell phones now, said the desk clerk; but with traveling with a disabled person this is a must have), tv reception was the worst, sorry picture and every few minutes signal would flash out. Third night- better looking and smelling room, tv reception was better (still glitched out from time to time but much better picture), was told about the wi-fi, but went to site and still didn't get it.
