I have met several of the guards that work for this company. They seem very nice and professional. I recommend them.
A company's employees and quality of service directly reflect the people leading it—their character, reliability and honesty. For all these reasons, I highly recommend Clarion Security to any enterprise and/or person in need of security they can trust.
This company is so unorganized from supervisors to ceo. I have migraines and i was to be in outside on a post. Had the ceo to say migraines are not caused by the sun. They dont how to talk to people their supervisor are not educated on labor laws nor is anyone is. Tenn labor labor law states if you are hourly u are not obligated to work past your shift. They tell u that u must stay wrong. Even though they pay 9.00 u must have patient with these uneducated professionals.
I rank this company at a 3 because they gave me a job when I was in need. The officers, supervisors and receptionist are great people. The HR manager Renette Mann does not talk to employees in a professional manner after they are hired! She was nice until I became her HR Assistant. She over works you and under pay just like most of the positions within this company. The owners are nice. But HUMAN RESOURCE is the FACE of THE COMPANY.
