For being one of the busiest weekends in East Lansing, felt like overall the hotel was good for the price. Exterior wise could be better but rooms were cleaned and overall great. There was a small gap at at the door so some cold air seeped in but nothing too bad.

Chris, the overnight manager was fantastic, super polite, charming, and accommodating, the room was very clean, pillows squishy soft, bed very comfortable, also, there was a free breakfast, which was very nice. all in all, my family and I decided we’re gonna move in. Just kidding we have to go home.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed was very uncomfortable felt like you are sleeping on a board. The real reason for low rating is the sketchy people who wander around all night and paper things walls. The toilet was not clean and shower was OK.

Melissa showed me great hospitality!! She even price matched the 3rd party rate! I had a very pleasant experience with her as soon as I arrived! Her politeness and kindness provided wonderful customer service!!

I wouldn’t pay more than $100 a night for this place. Below that, it’s a bargain. Above that, it’s a rip off. The staff is incredibly nice, but the residents are pretty sketchy. At nearly $180 a night, I was beyond ripped off. My room was very clean but did have the musty smell that is noted in other comments. No insect issues. Front desk was incredibly nice.
