Melissa showed me great hospitality!! She even price matched the 3rd party rate! I had a very pleasant experience with her as soon as I arrived! Her politeness and kindness provided wonderful customer service!!
I wouldn’t pay more than $100 a night for this place. Below that, it’s a bargain. Above that, it’s a rip off. The staff is incredibly nice, but the residents are pretty sketchy. At nearly $180 a night, I was beyond ripped off. My room was very clean but did have the musty smell that is noted in other comments. No insect issues. Front desk was incredibly nice. War ja etwas gespannt aufgrund der Bewertungen. Aber da es wegen einem Spartans Spiel keine Alternative gab, buchten wir es. Rezeptionistin sehr nett- Zimmer war um 16:30 Uhr aber noch nicht fertig. Nach ca 15 minuten konnten wir dann ins Zimmer. Es war sauber, Ausstattung ok, Bett und Badezimmer auch in Ordnung. Das Zimmer roch aber muffig. Frühstück standart. Also wenn man das Zimmer unter 100$ bekommt ist es ok.
This is a good value. The property is older but was overall clean and staff was friendly. Couple things that were not so great were that the day we checked in there was a strong chemical smell from the room. We had to run the AC for hours before that went away. Additionally during the night there was someone lifting heavy stuff and walking with heavy steps for many hours during the night starting around 11pm.
