I had a great experience staying at Clarion Pointe, it was safe, clean and affordable. I was able to use the exercise room several times and had no complaints. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The free breakfast tasted great and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I shopped around for a very long time and this hotel was the best bang for my buck would definitely stay here again.
If I could give this place a zero I would so let’s start This off by saying that my husband booked the hotel when We checked into the hotel and we went to our room the resistant nasty Smell in the toilet and tub was backed up along with the sink. I had to beg them to get us to move rooms and then the next room that they put us in Smelled so horrific disgusting the AC was blowing chunks and then to something in the morning, they tried to double charge my card and when I went down to Confront them about it they said it was jus... read more
Staff is amazing! After a taekwondo tournament my kid dropped 2 of his medals down the elevator shaft. Jazzell from the front desk fished them out for us! Rooms are nice and clean and breakfast was delicious too! We will absolutely be back!

First time staying here. This hotel was definitely a last minute booking but we were happy with everything. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We will be staying here for future visits to the area.
