Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. After our stay, the hotel charged us for the security deposit, claiming we caused damage that we did not cause. We left the room in good condition, yet they kept our deposit without providing clear evidence to justify the charge. We believe this was unfair and unprofessional. We expected a transparent process and better customer service to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, because of the way they handle security deposits, we cannot recommend this hotel. July 5-6 room 305
Great hotel to stay at. Very clean rooms and free breakfast in the mornings. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here more
My stay was mediocre overall and did not meet my expectations. At check-in, the front desk agent was unable to confirm my late checkout request, which made planning my departure frustrating. Once in the room, I noticed that some of the towels had stains that appeared to be blood, which was very concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.
