This was my second time booking a vacation using this hotel. I was using hotels.com to book. We had just gotten a baby yorkie dog and made sure that when we booked through hotels.com that we were searching for pet friendly rooms. We found a suite at this location and booked it online. We mentioned the dog and everything...said it was a $100 pet deposit. The room we chose was listed as a pet friendly room on hotels.com. We needed last minute pet friendly accommodation for us and our medically fragile elderly cat during major work on our house. The hotel isn’t fancy, is pretty basic, but clean, neat, and conveniently close to our home. Every staff member we interacted with, from housekeeping to management, was friendly and helpful, even brought in a comfortable chair and ottoman since our little old cat is used to spending time in a recliner with us.
