Was given one price for the room but when I got my credit card statement the dollar amount was up about $40 more than what I was supposed to be charged. Plus they also charge me a service fee that I was not aware of. So the total cost of the room was approximately $60 more than what I had agreed to. The parking lot has a lot of pot holes and isn’t totally paved. There is a “grab and go breakfast” that is coffee, yogurt, water bottle and some pastry in a wrapper. Very minimal. Staff was friendly at first. I had a problem with my TV that wasn’t resolved and I was eventually told “you’ll have to change the channels using the side bar buttons; there’s nothing more I can do for you,” without even attempting to come in my room to see in person if it could be resolved.
