DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. IT IS NOTHING LIKE PICTURED IN THEIR WEBSITE! The place is very rundown. Furnitures, bed , carpets, and and towels were dirty. I was itchy all night and suspect bed bugs.There were holes on the wall. People were playing loud music in the parking lot . Staff was rude. Breakfast on the go was a joke. Doors didn't close properly. Only one light was working. Appliances were dirty and not working properly. For the price I paid, I have a right to complain. I don't use 1 out of 5 because the staff was friendly to me. When I arrived my room was not ready. I was lucky that the attendant assigned me a new room. I booked two rooms, and in both rooms the air conditioner could not be turned off. This was important for us because it was dirty, and we got stuffed nose because we could not turn it off. The door in my room was broken and could not close, the shower in the other room did not work. We saw cockroaches in the breakfast bins and a door in the second floor. The rooms are run down outdated and uncomfortable. The people at the front desk didn't give any information literally said here is your key bye. The curtains in the room didn't close all the way and there was a light bright as the sun shining directly on the bed all night long. Slept like crap woke up with a broken back. Didn't even want to eat breakfast there. And the only ice machine is on the 3rd floor all the way in the back. The property needs a bunch of attention. The front desk gentleman was friendly. The hallways were in bad shape for a North American Hotel. The fire detector was missing in the room, the phone didn't work, the bathroom sink leaked pretty bad. The mattress was awful. Worst I've been on in years. We were exhausted from our long day and kept the room. It was clean, just aged and the linens looked very good.
