Rooms are really outdated had a bad smell most of the things that go with the stay was broke and closed no pool no arcade no gym and the Waterpark had very short hours most places guest have access all hours but no asked for refund stay was just bad
I was beyond disappointed. I payed for this hotel days in advanced. We were then charged again the day of check out and told their computer shows one payment and would not give a refund even though we showed them bank statements. We had to go to the store and get cleaning and disinfectant because nothing was clean. The Waterpark was closed which was the only reason we booked this place. Hotel was a dump,couldn’t get into room despite the key card unlocking it. Probably should just drive home after a long night
Wir wurden hierher geschickt, weil das andere Hotel überfüllt war. Schlimmer habe ich nie gesehen. Alles gefüllt 100 Jahre alt :(
