Nice Looking Rooms, but Overwhelming Smell At first glance, the rooms here actually look nice and well-kept, which gave me hope for a good stay. Unfortunately, the appearance is where the positives end. The smell of mold and urine is strong and persistent throughout the property, and with no real ventilation, it lingers and makes the room uncomfortable to be in. Front desk people were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This hotel is nothing like the photos. The first room we were assigned to had blood in the comforter, dirty fingerprints all over one of the headboards, the carpet was damp, and the room had an awful smell. The staff was very polite when I described the situation and upgraded to a new room at no additional cost. The next room had a beautiful view of the city but was only slightly better as far as cleanliness. After being on the road for 5 hours, my husband, 4 children and I checked in. Upon entrance to the room we were met with a horrible smell. The air conditioning did not work on one half of the room, walls covered in some type of dried liquid, bed had human hair, food, different colored stains, a/c unit was open and the electrical wires hanging out (we have a toddler so this was not ideal), stains all on the window curtains, toilet seat fell off, peeled door frames..I could literally go on and on. Actually ZERO Stars - Long-time County Inn & Suites customer. Since acquired by Radisson, horrible reservation service online/phone. Tried to book month in advance of my stay. Then tried to book directly with the hotel when reservation was not working. The woman did not know how to work the computer so wrote down my info and said the manager would call back to book. My family and I had to stay a Motel 6 for a few days during our house repair time and it was very nice and clean. The Manager Rosiland is a very patient employee. She deals with such rude and nasty people but remains professional and calm. The people in this area are not the nicest people but it never seemed to affect her ability to do her job. She was very helpful with all of our request. Our overall stay was GREAT and I would recommend this place for sure!!
