The first room we had was SORRY. Many things were broken. The toilet handle came out every time you flushed, being one example. The floors were DISGUSTING. We kindly let the front desk know just to make sure they knew that's how it was already. She kindly switched our rooms and we told her she didn't have to. Everything was nice there. Didn't like how strange people was just walking through the parking lot as if they were looking for a car to break in.
