We arrived at the hotel in the early morning due to a problem on the road and they did not give us our room, they were very rude and did not return our money. My booking company couldn't do anything because of their absurd policies, there were 8 hours of time left and they didn't respect it, I don't recommend it at all.
Corporate office should be ashamed! If this is a representation of a “Choice Hotel”, the facility should be removed. As of 4/12/24 Choice reps are informing customers the hotel’s rating has 4+ star reviews, which is NOT accurate and false advertising. This is a 1 star site with reviews of 2.9 and DOES NOT depict corporate images on website. The rooms are almost awful. It was so hot upon walking in. Took forever to get cool. If you have kids be warned- there was what I assume roach poison all along the beds and in every little crack along the walls. Rooms need some serious updating. Carpet needed vacuuming, the fridge door would not close, microwave is old. Also, there were strange noises all night. Sounded like someone was at my door several different times. Our first room they gave us had someone in it when we walked in. So we got another room.. They have roaches! I put my food in the microwave for later and when I went to get it a BUG was crawling back up the vents on the inside of the microwave! Dead roaches on the counter! 0/10 recommend
This place sucks it’s really nasty floors are greasy carpets are filthy customer service is horrible the air conditioning doesn’t work and the breakfast is off brand cereal and old waffle batter would not recommend staying here
