My mother has had a conference in this area for the past three years (2024 thru 2026). In 2024, it was held at a wonderful resort - clean, modern with updated technology. In 2025 and now 2026, not so much - it’s been held at the Clarion. Since I’m the sibling that drives my mom and two of her friends to this annual conference, enough is enough as I held back after our 2025 stay. This hotel is mediocre “At BEST”. I enjoyed my stay at Clarion Hotel Conference Center . I was in town on a golf trip and their facility worked out fine. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and they are conveniently located right off the interstate. This was my second visit and I would visit again.

Most of the outlets in the room don't work. The microwave did not work and "popped" the one time we tried it. It is an older hotel. Also, my keyboard would work once or twice and then I had to go back to the desk to get it rekeyed for the room.

Very close to the horse park which was a plus. Not sure what they use to clean the rooms but the smell was very strong for 2-3 days out of the 5 days we were there. So if you are sensitive to smell and get headaches easily from it maybe book across the highway or take Motrin everyday like I had too :/. Pictures made the rooms much larger but we managed. Breakfast was good. Pool/ hot tub were in working order but in the email it said it wasn’t available so just call before staying to be sure. Sauna was warm. When you turn the... read more
