Horrible luncheon. Tasteless watery soup, green salad with one dressing choice, previously frozen and thawed potato salad that didn’t have any taste, creamy Cole slaw. No sandwich, no rolls, no meat, no crackers. We had to request some crackers. Cookies and brownies were okay. Then the pool was closed “until 4” so I went at 4:05 and they said it would be 4:30. I really loved the atmosphere of the beans in this luxurious can of beans 10/10 would eat again (they don't have beans)
They had a shortage of towels for rooms. Breakfast was really good. Hot water was hit/miss for showers.
It was a really good hotel, my husband and I stayed overnight. The man at the service desk was really nice. Our only issues was that we never got our deposit back of $100 and there was absolutely NO damages done to the room. I will not go back to this hotel for that very reason. All we did was sleep in the bed and shower. Not a single thing was damaged or broken.
This place was just ok! It is major need of renovation, and the front desk staff could you some training on making guest feel more welcomed and less of a bother! It seemed as though we were interrupting there break time or she was just not in the best mood? Either way I am in this industry and think this staff could use some training to make guests feel more welcome. Originally we were going to get two rooms and stay the whole weekend.
