Very comfortable, clean room. Nice amenities. Front desk was very helpful, especially Patrick Property is a bit dated. Could use some updating. Floor plan is very poorly laid out. It's a long was from the front desk to guest rooms. For persons with mobility issues, it is very difficult to get to the room. No assistance with luggage. You're on your own, here.

For a “Four” star hotel this gives the quality and comfort of a two star hotel at best. Rates are too expensive for what you get. Would not recommend to a family with children.

I have stayed here in the past with zero issues. However, I have been trying to contact the manager regarding bed bugs in room 617 after my most recent stay and have yet to receive a call back. I called immediately upon noticing. The front desk staff have been incredibly kind and have taken my information down twice but it seems to go nowhere from there. Both email addresses online for manager and hotel seem to be out of service also as I've tried that route. Very disappointed.

I love the amenities! Free breakfast, free parking, a gym, indoor pool, indoor hot tub and sauna! Why I did not give a 10 is the lack of updates. This is a pet friendly hotel, which is awesome, but not awesome is pairing it with carpet. The rooms and halls are all carpeting. While it did not smell, the thought grosses me out. The love seat in the room also had a ton of scratched I assume from cats over the years using the sofa arms as a scratch post.
