Terrible hospitality . Front desk clerk was very rude and awkward. Room keys kept deactivating . My kids even complained.
Very clean nice pool/Hot tub and bar and the workers are very nice
I had a terrible experience with this hotel regarding a valuable package that was shipped to me. Unfortunately, the parcel arrived after my stay, and ever since, it has been a nightmare trying to get it back. I’ve been calling for over a month, but the staff is completely unhelpful on the phone.
