Don't go here for dot physical I've never been asked to sign release for my PCP medical records until I went here and they told me that they can hold my dot physical for 45 days and fail me if they want to and you have to pay for everything up front and I had a appointment for 9am and didn't get me in until 10 am if I was ten minutes late I would've had to reschedule the appointment but they was taking others who walked in after I did would've given no stars but google won't let me
