Awful experience. I had been working alongside my PCP and this office for some mental health concerns. The staff was less than friendly, the doctor I saw (via telehealth!) was 20 minutes late citing "personal issues", and after telling them numerous times I was only there for an evaluation, kept trying to bring me on as a "new patient". They also failed to send the requested paperwork after numerous requests from my physician, so I had to go into the office in person to obtain the paperwork.
Went to my appointment today and I was there on time, problem was my doctor kept bringing other people in before me at my appointment time and after my appointment time. I did not feel important and I don't understand why they let the later appointment people in and not the on time people in first.
Horrible canceled and rescheduled for the following day on us and then called and canceled the second day while we were in the parking lot
Absolute waste of time and a $375 Bill I will not pay. After a intake appointment where a nurse drew blood in a small room with clearly janitor supplies in it, clearly a janitorial room, I seen the doctor and that took almost two months longer. This place doesn't care about helping people. My therapist, Mary, repeatedly invalidated my life experiences and disregarded my wishes continuously after explicitly saying: "I won't do that." I'd give negative stars if I could. This joke of a facility will also charge you out of spite for previous sessions that were already covered by insurance. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
