Went in because of a infection. My doctor had me on anti-biotics for 5 days and nothing worked. So decided to try out this place. Had to fill everything out on a little touchscreen tablet. It was quick easy, no writing on a clipboard, was even able to pay in the tablet too. Nurse called me over right away, vary professional. Doctor was vary nice. Terrible hours and wait time. Upmc Urgent care is much faster and has decently better care hours
Took my child there on Monday, and they told us it was viral but if he was not better in a week they would prescribe him something.....why not then??????? Now it is 3 days later and he has pneumonia....really nice work diagnosing him. Protect your family and go somewhere else!
