We have purchased 2 vehicles from Clarington Nissan and both times its was an excellent experience. Customer service has been top notch in sales and in service always meeting or exceeding my expectations. We recently had urgent tire issue. They were able to get us in right away, order a new tire and provide us with a loaner vehicle as service was about to close for the day. This is above and beyond what most dealerships would do and shows that they take care of thier customers.
I had a phenomena experience with Clarington Nissan. I recently bought my first vehicle there and they made the entire experience truly one of a kind. Everyone was incredibly helpful in answering my questions which made me feel confident in the whole process. I recently visited Clarington Nissan after another dealership was unable to diagnose or resolve an issue with my 2013 Nissan Murano. Called for a service appointment regarding an issue with the driver door on my 2018 Murano. Was able to get an appointment the same week. The service was fast, friendly and attentive and the issue remedied quickly. I'll continue to have my Murano serviced here going forward.
