I purchased Honda Fit.Shortly after delivery, I noticed suspension noise and that the AC was not working. I returned to the dealership for inspection. They stated the suspension was fine and provided written confirmation. Regarding the AC, I was told it is not covered since it is a used vehicle. We have purchased 2 vehicles from Clarington Nissan and both times its was an excellent experience. Customer service has been top notch in sales and in service always meeting or exceeding my expectations. We recently had urgent tire issue. They were able to get us in right away, order a new tire and provide us with a loaner vehicle as service was about to close for the day. This is above and beyond what most dealerships would do and shows that they take care of thier customers.
