I live over an hour away but chose to purchase my car at Clarington Nissan. The Sales Manager Angela was the whole reason I came back. Her knowledge, and passion cannot be matched. She helped walk me through every step and made me feel like I was getting special treatment. Her and Jonathan made this experience one to remember. I purchased Honda Fit.Shortly after delivery, I noticed suspension noise and that the AC was not working. I returned to the dealership for inspection. They stated the suspension was fine and provided written confirmation. Regarding the AC, I was told it is not covered since it is a used vehicle. While I understand used cars can have issues, I was disappointed that the AC condition was not clearly discussed at the time of sale and that the interaction felt dismissive. Buyer beware. Wife and I bought a low km used rogue (or so we thought) We were told by Conner we couldn’t view it until the following day because it was being serviced. That’s was fine so we gave a deposit over the phone and have a signed sales agreement. 2 hours later we get a call from the dealership saying the car was actually sold earlier that day.
