These guys basically lied to my gf. She got a new 25 Elantra and drove away in it all happy, today they hit her with the “you need the premium insurance”, and they didn’t say anything about that before. If you’re going to sell cars make sure you lay everything out on the table first. This is why I’ll always buy private, and never from a dealer. Do better.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Shannon. She was an absolute pleasure. Booked the car in, gave me a quote and informed me that the part was not in but offered me a rental until my car was repaired so that I could get to work the next day. Thanks to the technician the car was ready in one day.They even washed my car. Great service!
