I had an awesome stay while here. Very quiet, dog owners! Big Gym, Olya the property manager has been nothing but good while here. Follow the rules and all is well. If I could stay I would! Maintenance is responsive and on point. No stolen packages etc. The pool is never crowded. Cool neighbors. Thanks for the stay!
Lived here for 3 years through college at KSU, and had a great experience. Maintenance was almost immediate, and facilities were very well maintained. No complaints. Kind staff. Moved out recently, cleaned out the apartment and got the full deposit back. Very lucky as a student to live here!
Don’t apply to stay here, they charge sooo much for application fees and it is non refundable and to qualify your income needs to be x 6 the rent . Even if you have a roommate they ask 1 person to qualify for the entire apartment monthly rent. If you co-sign someone you all have to do a separate application and pay application fees of $125 and administration fee for 150.It is a joke! They make money in applications and then denies applicants.
Clarinbridge was a great home for me since 2023. I lived in both a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom apartment during that time and rarely had any issues. I always felt safe, and the property and amenities were very well maintained throughout my stay. The maintenance team was professional and did a great job whenever anything came up. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending KSU. I lived in Clarinbridge for 3 years and loved it! They definitely keep their rules and uphold a high standard for their community but it is very noticeable while living there and it is worth it. If you keep your head down and don’t act a fool you’ll have no problem! The maintenance guys are very timely, effective, and efficient even at 11pm when my AC went out or simple as me being crazy lol.
