I lived here for three years and had an excellent experience! Staff across the board were helpful and efficient. Amenities are the best in the area and units are well kept and spacious. Would recommend Clarinbridge to anyone!
I’ve just moved in thanks to my brother choosing this complex, and I’ve loved it so much. My AC is a little too good, and they’re very quick to fix maintenance issues! The pool is large, and you can tell they don’t use chemical pesticides since there are lots of wildlife (birds and insects) around the complex. I toured claringbridge apartments while helping my daughter find housing before she starts at KSU and I genuinely left feeling reassured.the gated entrance and overall sense of security meant a lot to me as a parent- its hard to put it words how important that peace of mind is. The community felt clean,calm and well care for.and the staff were kind and patient with all of my questions.it really felt like a place where the students are looked after no just housed. I recently toured Clarinbridge Apartments, and the gym was one of the biggest highlights for me. It’s a full-size fitness center with just about every piece of equipment you could need, whether you’re into cardio, weight training, or general fitness. A lot of apartment gyms are pretty limited, but this one had everything I would look for in a workout space. I also liked how quiet and well-kept the community felt. Clarinbridge apartments are beautiful and will be greatly missed. We had an apartment here for a few years and loved the apartments and their location. You also cannot beat the size of these apartments. Highly recommend!
