Clarinbridge was a great home for me since 2023. I lived in both a two-bedroom and a one-bedroom apartment during that time and rarely had any issues. I always felt safe, and the property and amenities were very well maintained throughout my stay. The maintenance team was professional and did a great job whenever anything came up. The location is very convenient, especially for anyone attending KSU. I lived in Clarinbridge for 3 years and loved it! They definitely keep their rules and uphold a high standard for their community but it is very noticeable while living there and it is worth it. If you keep your head down and don’t act a fool you’ll have no problem! The maintenance guys are very timely, effective, and efficient even at 11pm when my AC went out or simple as me being crazy lol. I enjoyed my time at Clarinbridge very much! I would gladly stay here again. Management is great, maintenance was quick, and the unit was amazing!

I lived here for three years and had an excellent experience! Staff across the board were helpful and efficient. Amenities are the best in the area and units are well kept and spacious. Would recommend Clarinbridge to anyone!
