Waste of money. Pool has been green for longer periods of time than it has been swimmable. Was told excuses and that there would be follow ups and never heard anything. Was told the water level was low and guy reported it but no proof of that. Was then told it was a broken filter and that it was reported but again no proof of that. Paid 170....supposed to include chemicals. Well the guy didn't have liquid chlorine so I bought it and put it in. 2 weeks he didn't put in chlorine tablets. When he did he put one tablet in. A squirt of clarifier....all that for a 24 foot x 6 foot pool. He made out pretty well for that month. Not sparking in my book
When new pool guy took over, he was shocked by the neglected state of my pool even though Claify Pool was hired for weekly services for years. They treated my salt pool with liquid chlorine, the majority of my pool equipment was not functioning well but problems were never addressed by pool tech. My pool filter was never cleaned and was heavy and shredded!
Reckless drivers running stop signs near a school wouldn't use.
Darryl went above and beyond to repair my pool's salt system and help out. Spent extra time explaining how the controls worked and offered additional insight. You wont find a better company to work with for all of your pool needs, Highly recommend.
