Great location and great customer service!
All staff is very congenial, and knows and does their jobs with a smile on their face. Very chill . Love the complimentary coffee and water. Dr Lam is great at her job! Due to medication I take, she is always on top of what to look for in the tests. She even faxes the report to my specialist. Highly recommend this Doctor and office!
I really enjoyed my 1st visit there. It's pretty diverse which was a huge plus. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful and that goes a long way for me. I also appreciated them having a wide variety of contact strengths and some already in store to try out.
Great visit overall! I haven't had my eyes checked in many years and everyone in this office was very patient, caring, and thorough to help me understand everything going on. Dr. Lam was very knowledgeable and helped explain my condition to me in simple terms as well as detail what would help. I'm new to Conroe so looks like I've found a good spot to bring my family going forward!
