There has been a leak in my roof. Management says the hole in the roof has been patched and fixed, yet every time it rains, the leak comes back. I have no idea if the roof is actually being fixed. This issue is very frustrating, especially since rent is expensive.
Bad management company. Its been a year since the central ac broke and management still havent addressed them.
