This place is cat infested. They are literally everywhere you look. People are leaving food out so they basically live there too. I understand feeding strays, but if you do not like animals(especially cats) this is a nightmare scenario!

Claridge House is a great quiet complex. It’s close to USM campus so it’s a nice short walk. Management company SVN/Southgate is great to work with.
I lived at Claridge House for 2 years and loved it. The apartments are across the street from USM and are spacious, updated and well maintained . The manager Elaine is great, she is quick to help if something needs attention. I would recommend this property.
