I have had the best experience here. it was super cute, and really nicely taken care of. I never met RJ. I hear that he was the previous owner, and there were some issues back then, but I haven't had any issues with the new management.
The owner of this apartment complex (his name is RJ) is the most uncooperative and cold-hearted human I have ever met. He has been sued by multiple people because of the way he treats the people renting from him. I personally spent the first two months with no blinds, which at night time, all the neighbors could see into my apartment. I went 2 weeks with no heat during the winter and no hot water for 2 weeks as well.
