This doctor does not listen to the actual concerns of her patients. She came into my appointment deciding that I wasn’t facing any issues because I physically presented as healthy and invalidated all concerns I was having and essentially made fun of me for coming in to the doctors because I didn’t “present” as 99% of her patients do. Wrote off my health concerns as searching for a non-existent issue and sent me on my way without ever listening to why I was concerned. Also a very unprofessional communicator. I wasn't happy with my experience using this doctor as a PCP.
I was trying to inquire about new patient healthcare services and was on hold for over 2:30 hours and they never picked up. I'll have to look elsewhere.
Didn’t listen to my concerns. Was rude and very unsupportive . Didn’t care about my Medicare problems at all .
I am so happy I switched my pcp to this pcp. She immediately knew what I needed and plan of action for me on first visit. She assigned a pharmacist to work with me at no charge. More importantly she spent time with me without rushing out like my previous docs used to do at tuality. Highly recommend
