I wasn't happy with my experience using this doctor as a PCP.
I was trying to inquire about new patient healthcare services and was on hold for over 2:30 hours and they never picked up. I'll have to look elsewhere.
Didn’t listen to my concerns. Was rude and very unsupportive . Didn’t care about my Medicare problems at all .
I am so happy I switched my pcp to this pcp. She immediately knew what I needed and plan of action for me on first visit. She assigned a pharmacist to work with me at no charge. More importantly she spent time with me without rushing out like my previous docs used to do at tuality. Highly recommend
Experience was good! This physician does not listen to what you have to say. Provides wrong information about medications and has a poor chair side attitude. As a new first time patient we were disappointed in our consultation and the outcome. One star rating is deserved.
