I do not recommend I don't recommend this complex. We were broken into for starters. The area has terrible traffic, neighbors were very noisy and dirty, some of the staff was very rude, the buildings are old and run down, issues we had were never fixed, the list goes on....
Nice Accommodations Ruined by Bad Management I have lived in Clarewood for 4 months. We have a good rate, and our apartment is in great condition. You can get good move in specials such as no application fee, no deposit. The neighborhood is not the best, and I wouldn't recommend going out by yourself at night. The hot tub has been broken since the day we moved in. When we ask about it, we get the runaround. The apartment manager can be rude and isn't very helpful.
