I would definitely give 0 stars if I could. Moved out on July 31st this year. Never received my deposit back - Called haven at midtown over a dozen times, left voicemails, and sent emails. Never got a reply. Decided to take it up a level and explain that if this is not resolved we will take legal action. Lived here since Spring of 2012 & oh how this place has changed. Fall of 2017 I moved to the second floor where I have resided ever since. In that time I have had no problems with neighbors, either beside me or above me, until now. I’ve been to leasing office a dozen times since June about the family that lives above me. Horrible management, Greystar is horrible at how they treat their residents. Regional Managers abusing their power and forcing residents to move that they deemed a nucience because they complete too much about a neighbor. Or banning specific residents from the office claiming abuse towards staff. Do not rent at this property.
