Rude and extremely unaccommodating. Unwilling to help or answer questions related to cuticle care, citing a risk of worsening or infection…well that wouldn’t happen if you sanitized your tools properly! Would not recommend this place. Very cramped, uncomfortable, and claustrophobic.
The first time I went there it was a dip nail color and they were extremely rude even though I had an appointment. I had asked them to help me choose the color but they were not interested. Finally, the color I had opted for did not match to the one painted. The next time I went to get the paint removed, they were even more rude and totally disrespectful in informing me that they don’t have availability at the time. They can definitely improve service and quality of the work.

First time coming here, Helen was nice, quick and efficient. They have a great selection of colors, including chrome and a great website! I will definitely be coming here more often
