I used to come to the place years ago and loved it. The staff now is disrespectful and always trying to manipulate customers to get a service that they didn’t book so that the customer can pay more money. They send “non-white” customers to inexperienced techs. The customer service is not good.

I booked Tiffany at first. She didn’t seem like she was having a good day. Greeted me with no smile. After I asked her to adjust the shape a little bit she just got up and left. She asked Tina to continue the work, which I thought was very unprofessional. Lucky for me, Tina was great. She was gentle and mindful. I will recommend Tina. Tina gets five stars. ⭐️
I’ve been going to Tina for a few months and she’s simply the best!! She is nice, clean, efficient, and I always leave loving my nails.
