Lived here for many years. Old Sac definitely keeps things interesting. This review is to specifically point out how amazing our management and maintenance, Christina and Trevor, are. I am not kidding when I say they treat your problems like their own. I'll give you an example: when my air conditioner went out on a Friday night last summer, I emailed Christina about it the next day. She had me a window unit to tide me over within two hours. Clarendon House was incredible. I lived here for a year and this was the best property management I’ve ever worked with. Christina is cordial and highly responsive to tenants. Plus, I never had any of my mail stolen here, which is a rarity these days lol. Would recommend Clarendon House!
Christina has been such a delight to work with, from the day we moved in through the two years we’ve been here.
Community Manager: Christina George from “Clarendon House” gave me a tour of their historic building/apartments. Christina is a delightful, kind, professional and very well informed manager. She has a community mindset and I could tell she cares deeply about her tenants. This historic building and apartments are breathtaking, so much history, well preserved, upgraded and in the heart of old sac. Thank you so much for your time Christina.
