My fiance has been dealing with a "mystery" nobody knows whats going on for awhile. Just something autoimmune. Multiple trips to the doctor and emergency rooms and no answers other than he needs an mri and rheumatologist but no orders for an mri and no referrals just "make an appointment to come in for us to manage the pain." We had our first visit to this clinic today. My husband saw Sarah. He's been sick for almost a week, and the previous doctor that we saw wouldn't provide treatment until he sustained a severe fever. We were so relieved at the treatment he received here. The front staff was friendly and helpful and Sarah took him seriously and took the steps to actually help him recover. This was a refreshing experience in what is usually a stressful situation.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely careless. It took days just to get a prescribed medication sent to the right pharmacy — unacceptable. Zero communication. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. They don’t read your vitals, they don’t take your concerns seriously, and clearly, they don’t care. Their incompetence is dangerous. People are going without critical medications because of their negligence. If you value your health, go anywhere else. This clinic is a walking red flag. 🚩🚩🚩
We moved to Clarendon in march of last year. I went to cfmc for migraines and found the pcp i been hoping for. Everyone here has been the absolute best, from my heart care to minor issue things. I love this place, thank you to Dr jones and all the staff. You guys are the best 😃
