It's not perfect, there are some pretty poor case managers who do more harm than good, but overall they do try. Dr Ong is also a valuable asset as she puts her patients first and is willing to apologise if something is delayed or doens't go right - rather than being defensive. She's very kind and fair. My only complaint is the lack of value of peer work involvement. I was pushed to use "Mind" services which I didn't want, and waited for nearly a year to be connected to a peer worker, continually told there's no capacity. Man... read more

Fair and understanding about trauma and women's health. They offer amazing mental health groups and support for those in distress. Some case managers could be a bit better trained but I guess they do try accommodate with someone who fits. I liked all my case managers bar one.
Awesome experience with everyone I’ve worked with here. They’re super LGBTQIA+ friendly too.
