Everytime we go there is a billing issue that even my dental insurance cannot clear up. Ive called numerous times to fix with no response.

Not for me. I had to switch my dentist due to an insurance change. I saw mostly positive reviews. Most of these seem to be older clients of over 20 years. At one time, this office likely was a positive experience, but it seems nothing has changed in the office from the original time it opened. The dentist while very cheery and nice, the experience was not. I was greeted by the dentist. Given my form that took longer to fill out than the actual cleaning. First time going to this dentist. Though she was kind, I felt like my cleaning service was not done properly. I was shocked that no lead apron was used during my X-rays. I checked after my appointment and "Indiana still requires protection of 'five tenths (0.5) mm lead equivalent' protection during radiographic exposure according to 410 IAC 5-6.118(t) of Indiana Administrative Code."
