Whoever is making the appointments has got to be one of the rudest people I've ever talked to on the phone.
Dr. Reinecke and his staff are kind and efficient.
Worst eye clinic I have ever visited. I kept getting a bill when I had VSP Vision Insurance. I had to call VSP and they handled the situation. Then I was supposed to get a 12 Month supply of contacts and only received a 6 month supply. Facility was out of date. The Optometrist was an older gentleman. Wasn't very friendly, but very good and thorough, I will give them that. Take my advice and go somewhere more "updated." If they would get better front end help and update the office to where it didn't look like you stepped back... read more
Very friendly. Efficient with time of appts..no sense if of feeling rushor or ignored..respectful...i have had very peaceful experiences here..
