Called ahead they said they had the part in question they said to give them an hour I did when I got there they said it would be atleast an hour longer this is the third time these morons there have done the same thing to me in a period of six months of you just call them they have every part you could ask for but when you get there they are all nasty the shop is nasty and the parking lot is full of junk cars and trash to pop a tire also

What a waste of our time. They guaranteed us that they had 3 of the wheel that we needed. We drove the 20 miles to pick it up and it was "still on the vehicle." He told us that he didn't have anyone to get it off, to come back later. We came back later...apparently he was still to busy to go get the wheel. We drove the 20 miles back the next day and the wheel was STILL on the vehicle. They tend to show more attention when you call the better business bureau. When you do that the BBB notifies them there is an issue that will have to be resolved, this effects many of their other aspects of business including ins. premiums

Purchased a used motor for my truck and choose to have the Claremore Salvage install motor. Told me it would take a week. Called me 6 weeks later, Told me the truck was complete, .I paid in full and the motor seems okay. But the transmission was fine when the truck was towed in. Transmission now dies in reverse and overdrive does not shift into other gears. I brought the truck back to the salvage ASAP and told them that the transmission was not installed properly.
