The new manager HAS TO GO! She is so rude. I’ve never seen management as bad as it is now. The new manager is threatening to send our pets to the shelter if they’re seen outside, even when they’re under our supervision. This is beyond rude and completely unacceptable. Our pets need their playtime, and we don’t need threats from someone who clearly doesn’t care about the residents. If you have pets, stay away from this place—management will make your life miserable.
I've lived in this complex for over 20 years, and I can honestly say it was at its best when Sondra and Marsha were managing things. Unfortunately, since Marsha left and was replaced by the new staff member, the quality of service has really gone downhill. The new manager is incredibly unhelpful and rude. Every time I have an issue with my apartment and call the office, she refuses to send help and tells me to contact someone else.
