Today was our first visit with one of my Huskies. Mom got her days mixed up and came a week early, however they still squeezed us in! Dr Rose and her staff were sooo nice and knowledgeable. One of my dogs has Epilepsy and she was able to answer all of my general questions about vaccines in regard to his condition. I could not be happier. Dr Rose is a great Veterinarian and made my dog feel at ease for his labs and vaccinations.
Was in the lobby for my appt and I could hear screaming at one of the receptionists in the back for not answering the phones enough. Just profanities and obscene language. If you can't treat your employees with basic respect then you don't deserve business
The staff and Dr.Rose there are both friendly with my fur babies and Dr.Rose She is really great. Very professional as well!
False hours. Raced across town because the hours on here and on their front door say open until 6pm. Got here at 5:50 and it’s locked up. My dog needed his thyroid meds tonight and because someone either closed early because their lazy or forgot to update the hours of operation have screwed everything up. Awesome!
