I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new place to live! The community is quiet, and all the neighbors are genuinely friendly—which made settling in so much easier. I’ve been living here for 18 years and it’s the place for me and my husband.. It is a quiet place, and the people are nice . This complex is close to the most services needed around the city . Maricela, our manager, is very approachable, she is up to the task and very amiable , whenever we have an issue , she takes care of it in a timely manner without hassles ,
The on site Manager Marisela is very helpful and respectful when speaking to tenants.
I have been living here on and off since 2007 in three different units. I have interacted with half dozen different management teams and two owners. Overall, the current owners and management have been fair. Although no one likes yearly rent increases, it is the norm in the industry. What is not the norm is responsive on-site managers, so I have been lucky that despite change in ownership, the general upkeep on the building has remained solid. This really feels like a small extended family. I have been here so long that all of the children have grown up and are now starting their own families. There are plenty of new growing families that giggle and laugh in the pool and the grassy area. And I love the kitchen cabinets. Some of the units have fireplaces, too.
