We have now been in our Claremont Apartment for more than years - and our original review still is very relevant. We are very happy we chose to come to Eagleview. Our apartment has everything we wanted, the office and maintenance staffs are very responsive and the grounds & facilities are well-maintained and lovely. We would highly recommend this rental community.
I wish I had looked at the work prior the maintenance leaving; but I did not. I was working on my computer. I specifically asked for a carpet guard to be installed between the foyer and living room that was not done. I has also asked a permanent solution be placed between the bathroom and living room. The staples are obsceene. I could have had my five year old nephew do that. It wouldn't bug me as much EXCEPT i keep my apartment, high profile designed and cleaned. And now this looks like gargage.
