John and Alex were awesome. Alex rescreened my patio door. It is beautiful.
I loved living here. The staff was extremely helpful, the maintenance team was always on the ball, and all of our neighbors are still super friendly. However, since the new staff took over a year ago, the level of helpfulness has plummeted. Questions take days to get answered. Announcements come 1-2 days before (or even the same day as) events, such as days when our cars need to be moved off a street, staff needs to enter buildings, etc. I used to be able to recommend Claremont to friends, but now because of this decline in ... read more
