They had roaches , towels looked like they weren't washed , my arm was itching in the bed. I got grossed out so bad I didn't even spend the night and I tried to get my money back and they were so rude ! And the Indian guy was so aggressive with me ! I will not recommend staying here ! The pictures are deceiving !
Save yourself the headache and book anywhere else. This hotel actively looks for any technicality to pocket your security deposit and treats paying guests with total hostility. My reservation was made under both my name and my cousin’s. Because he arrived first, he checked us in using his ID. Later, the management tried to seize and keep my security deposit based on this exact arrangement—claiming the check-in ID didn't match, despite both names being explicitly on the reservation. Perfect location for the colleges. The hotel attendants were very nice and friendly. The room looked clean but there were so many ants! I would have checked out immediately but was so busy with events I didn’t have time to look for something else. I didn’t keep any of my things on the floor or counters. The beds weren’t comfortable. I hope I never have to stay here again.
DO NOT STAY ON THE FIRST FLOOR BEHIND THE OFFICE! TLDR there are blind spots on security cameras and our room was broken into and our valuables were stolen!! A few of our items get stolen by someone sneaking into our room through the window on the ground floor and the manager was really really suspicious and unapologetic, claiming the security cameras are broken and unavailable. We filed a police report and since our items were only a little under $2000 dollars they were unable to press charges against the motel, useless off... read more
