I moved in here August of 2013 and have lived here for three years. I concur with Jessica B.'s review (See below). I've had my bicycle stolen; and have also had to call the police (on more than one occasion) about domestic violence issues. The neighbors directly next to me were evicted for this. I believe when the current landlord purchased the property, she "inherited" a number of Section 8 residents, some of whom (not all of course) continue to be an issue.
