I am very unsatisfied with the service provided. I will first say that flowers were delivered promptly, which is good. However, I ordered the "Lavender Love Bouquet" for my wife, but she received a totally different arrangement with none of the same flowers. What's worse, what she received was basically a FUNERAL arrangement!!! Front-facing, flat on the back, etc. The flowers themselves were fresh, but it was very disheartening to spend money on a bouquet and get something like that instead.
