Today I had an appointment with Dr. Lily, Marshall with her assistant Anna. These two ladies are absolutely marvelous. They put you at ease every inch of the way and make you feel comfortable and relaxed. My teeth were not in the best shape and I had to have four feelings. Dr. Marshall was so gentle. I could hardly tell she was working on my teeth at all. Matter fact, at one point, I actually dozed off. I don’t know that that can be said about any dentist these days. We’ve always enjoyed this dentist office but our visit today was unpleasant. I brought attention to the front desk about the highly inappropriate, vulgar conversation that was being heard in the waiting room. The lady dismissed my concern and was very disrespectful. I told her they needed to think about the audience that was sitting in the waiting area which included my 9 & 11 year old. She proceeded to make excuses. The amount of immaturity from the front desk staff was disappointing. I do not recommend this office.
