I have lived here for 4 and half (almost 5) years now, and haven't had any trouble with any of the office managers or management, out of all the apartment complexes I've lived in this one is my favorite one. As long as you follow all the rules of your lease you sign and the Idaho law you shouldn't have any problems. These apartments are horrible, cracking with walls separating from the foundation, the management is malicious and publicly exploits tenant information out of spite and spreads false information to get people evicted, they are power hungry evil people, if your a family in need of housing you can't even be considered due to the on site manager and maintenance having two bedroom apartments for thier single living, the HOPE management has no care for your living needs I recommend looking elsewhere.
