I have lived in Claremont apartment for around 3 years, and I just moved out last month. Tonight I received a mail asking for $1700 when I was waiting for my deposit back in my new place. I cannot believe it! I have been living in Minnesota for almost 10 years and I was always a good tenant. Always get almost 100% deposit back until this apartment. $1200+ for replacing plank flooring? For a 1b1b apartment? I have contacted a lawyer and just paid him the service fee. It’s brand new experience for me. Shame for this company.
