Got a referral from doctor. The doctor I was referred to wasn't taking patients. Explained situation to office personnel. Was told it would be taken care of. It being the holidays is not an excuse. I've gotten one phone assuring me they would call within 48 hours. It's been a least a week. My shoulder still bothering me. Considering finding another doctor. Discussed.
