The staff, nurses and attending physicians are friendly and organized. The new location is spacious and clean.
I have been with them for several years and while in the office, things are great. Their referral system is where everything falls apart. Never once, have I been able to go to another doctor's office without them telling me there is no authorization. I, once again, had this situation yesterday and had to cancel my appointment. I have called twice asking for my second referral and still dont have it. I really don't understand why they cant handle this simple thing.
The staff of Claremedica of Palmetto Bay are friendly & professional! I'm always happy to go there!
