Horrible customer service!!! Every time I call, I have to speak to an automated system, which then transfers me to a live person, who then puts me on hold. Then they lie about the availability of the requested doctor! This is soo annoying! I regret transferring to this office and will soon be searching elsewhere for “professional” medical service.
