Pésima elección en cambiar de médico primario, el área de referidos da mucho que desear!!!... parece que no conocen los procedimientos porque tuve que esperar 3 semanas para que tramitaran la autorización con mi seguro. Ignoraron mi solicitud de urgencia y nunca tuvieron la delicadeza de devolver la llamada.
Claremedica of Palmetto Bay is a great clinic for your healthcare needs. The medical professionals are very personable, and genuine. Dr. Guerra Otero is amazing. Also, the rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I have been a patient for over 30 years and I am appalled at how downhill the quality of care has dropped. The office staff doesn't appear to know what they are doing; disorganized and careless are what I experienced (and rude). I HATE the new location. Man, I hate to have to change doctors, but this location and all their drops in quality are a no-go for me.
