The care isn't good or helpful at all. They always cancel appointments, and there's never any chance they'll help you get one as soon as possible. There are no doctors, so it's a very bad experience.
Soy paciente y es imposible comunicarse telefónicamente con el frondes de la consulta . Nunca agarran el teléfono .
This is the absolute worst place. You can never get in contact with a person and if you are able to get an appointment you are waiting there for 5-6 hours waiting to be seen. The staff does not speak English and you are unable to get anything done properly if you don’t speak Spanish. Dr. Villar at the West Dixie Highway location is not able to keep any doctors or ARNP’s. Please do better CareMax
Mi experiencia en este centro de Care Max de North Miami, Dixie Highway, los profesionales y técnicos excelentes , el manager o el administrador del centro o el encargado de la logística de los pacientes terrible, tengo cita para el stress test 8:00 am y recién me traen al lugar 9:30 am , se perdió la medicina que debían usar , el técnico del centro tampoco colabora por la llegada tarde de los pacientes por la falta de organización para llegará tiempo a un cita médica , terrible mi experiencia en este lugar , no lo recomiend... read more
