Love this place
Terrible service. First they didn’t let the pt know that the Pcp was getting retired and made an appt for a different pcp, Dr Nympha Charles saw the patient and still didnt want to give a referral even tho the pt already had seen her. Had to call 10 times back to back and no one could help, the pt been waiting for the visit with the specialist and she still didnt want to give the auth. This clinic is very clean and organized and the staff and doctor here are very friendly and professional! Sabrina also answered all of my questions about my insurance!
