This was my primary office and I left. After they moved locations, this place went downhill. Impossible to get through to the office. The office staff definitely don’t like what they do as you can tell when they talk to you. Nowhere to get records if you need them or send a message. My mom had to call three times for her referral to be sent. When she was sick, Dr. Charles didn’t even return her call to review her bloodwork that needed attention - thankfully, someone else took care of my mom from another ClareMedica office. D... read more
Worst claremedica you can go, horrible service they can’t answer the phone they leave you there and hear everyone talking and they can’t make you referrals even though you see the doctor regularly they are not helpful to the elderly that go there do not recommend
The care isn't good or helpful at all. They always cancel appointments, and there's never any chance they'll help you get one as soon as possible. There are no doctors, so it's a very bad experience.
