I have been seeing Dr. Orcasita for the past 20 years and the treatment he and his staff gives is top notch. He has a two new doctors that work with him to aid with the load of patients. Jophiel is great and very dedicated to his work. When I cant get a time with Dr. Orcasita i have no problem with Jophiel. The issue some people have is that they want the doctor to take their time with them but don't realize that everyone before them want the same treatment so they write idiotic comments. Ridiculous that my appointment wad at 1 for here at 12:45 and 2:20 still nothing. Had to leave to get my child from Advil and wouldn't you know it that's when I was called. Not the first time, not the second and have yet to set an appointment appropriately on the phone. Clearly from all other reviews your company could care less about the service. As long as money keeps coming in right?
